In regards to the policy regarding reimbursement for personal car mileage, the following points are the rules that should be followed:
- Reimbursement is never made for mileage to and from your primary place of work, regardless of the day.
- Reimbursement for any travel mileage during the normal work day is always netted against the employee's regular commute.
- Reimbursement for mileage for any Round Trip travel that does not include one or more normal work days is fully reimbursed.
- Reimbursement for mileage for any Round Trip travel that does include one or more normal work days is netted against the employee's regular one day commute.
